With a catalog of 10,000+ products, the brand struggled with poor customer experiences onlineconfusing navigation, an outdated rewards program, and a cluttered interface. The redesign aimed to modernize Golden Discs eCommerce experience, optimize for Shopify, and create a seamless omnichannel flow between online and in-store shopping.
